Super Mumma Wellbeing Family
As a mum I struggle to find the time to take a whole yoga class or really relax, and as part of the values behind Super Mumma I want to help mums have access to bitesize resources of self care.
To do this, I am creating a Super Mumma Wellbeing Family. Made up of some fabulous mum experts in specific areas of wellbeing so that you can put their bitesize videos together to create your own library of wellbeing.
Senara's Sister Hypnotherapy
Helen discovered Hypnotherapy and the power it can have to help how you feel about yourself or in a time of need.
It uses relaxation to take you mind off into a state of calm and using positive affirmations and tailored language to boost confidence.
To discover more about how Helen found Hypnotherapy and how a session with her works and can help you, watch the 'In Conversation..' I had with her.
Helen and I have been working together to help with my anxiety. The sessions are so relaxing and it is comforting to talk through my worries and how I am feeling. To find out more about working with Helen visit the Senara's Sister website.
As a mum it can be hard to find the time for self care, Helen shares her 10 minute videos on relaxation and her knowledge to give you the chance for some bite sized self care.
Find a comfy, quiet space and take some time out to relax and look after your mental wellbeing.
Brenda Ward Yoga
I’m a qualified, very experienced Yoga teacher running daily online classes, Monday meditations, weekly Yoga in primary schools, monthly teacher training courses and bi-monthly virtual self-care retreats. I can honestly say that I love every single minute of it! For me, the Yoga mat is a place where we can gently switch off from the outside world and recharge physically and mentally and my passion is to teach people how to do this.
More recently, I have set up a new Saturday morning family Yoga class for children and their parent(s). The tools we learn while in this environment such as gentle breathing, playful poses and how to relax together can go a long way in helping us deal more calmly with the stresses (as well as appreciate the joys) of family life.
For more details of any of the above classes/courses or to be added to my mailing list for future events, please visit my website at www.brendayoga.co.uk
