I fel in love with this journal after buying the Junior edition for my 6 year old. I am not the greatest at carving out time to write and get overwhelmed by lots of information on a page. For me this was the perfect solution, it is simple and quick and fun to use. I love that I can write 3 quick thoughts or I have the space to write in more depth if I want to.

If you are new to journaling, or find it hard to find the time, then this is a great journal for you.
