10 Minute Seated Yoga Flow
Join Brenda and I for our 10 minute seated yoga practice for busy mums
Brenda and I did our 1st live yoga practice on Super Mumma's Instagram. The practice was all seated and focused on stretching the upper back and neck. It is a great practice for a busy or anxious mum who doesn't have the time to join a full class. You could watch before bed or while the kids are watching Peppa Pig! It ended with her talking me through the 'Anchor Breath' which is great for mums and kids to relax and help with anxious feelings.
It was a lovely practice and a great one to start the Super Mumma Wellbeing library of quick yoga flows.
