It was to remind myself when my anxiety or panic overwhelmed me  to step back and breathe. The breath is the number one way to calm the body and lower the heart rate and is vital to your mental wellbeing. Wear your Breathe hoodie for the days your mental wellbeing needs a boost.

The Super Mumma Patch

Each hoodie features a Super Mumma Patch. When motherhood gets too hard, stop, take a few deep breaths and use your Super Mumma Patch to focus your breathing and release any anxiety or tension. Discover how to use the Super Mumma Patch to help your anxiety in your time of need.
